How Much Does It Cost To Pour A Basement Wall
Nationally, the average home foundation costs approximately $8,000, but the range is between $4,000 and $12,000. When it comes to excavation, a basement requires at least 8 feet, while a crawl space is usually between 3-to-4 feet deep.
By using construction estimating software you can break out the foundation and excavating costs as separate line items to determine what the cost per square foot for just the basement is. The cost for just the basement therefore, will be the cost of the labor, materials, and excavation for the foundation as shown on the breakdown of total cost
A structural engineer has indicated that I need to replace part of my basement wall due to water damage, bowing and cracking. The house was built in 1924 and the concrete used back then is full of sand. The basement floor is dry, but the basement support wall is buckling. We need to either shore it up or tear it apart from the outside, and repour concrete using rebar reinforcement.

Use this list to determine how much the materials will cost. This should include cement or block for the exterior walls, interior stud framing -- lumber, fasteners, drywall and doors -- if you are planning to divide the basement space into separate rooms, any exterior above-grade windows or doors as well as any waterproofing needed.
